About The Coach

I’m Stephanie, a Certified Sports & Fitness Professional (German Chamber of Commerce – IHK) with 23+ years of experience in strength training, athlete coaching, and performance-focused personal training. I am based in Dubai.

My work at Trainetic focuses exclusively on sports coaching and personal training, supporting beginners, active individuals, and performance-driven athletes through structured training and long-term physical development.

My background also includes 23+ years as a group fitness instructor in Germany (Les Mills, BodyPump, Spinning, strength and high-intensity training), shaping a precise,
structured coaching approach.

Additional professional background

Sports Physiotherapy: 16+ years of experience in
the medical sector. Physiotherapy is strictly separate from training and provided only in DHA-licensed medical facilities.

What does “Personal Training with a medical background” mean?
Training is designed using advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to ensure precision, safety, and intelligent load management. This background enhances training quality only and does not replace medical care.
Without a medical background, training focuses mainly on performance and fitness goals. With a medical background, movement quality, individual tolerance, and long-term physical sustainability are additionally considered. Personal Training remains performance-focused and non-therapeutic in both cases
Yes, provided these have been medically clarified. Training is adapted to support strength, stability, and overall physical capacity — not treatment or rehabilitation.
Two to three sessions per week are typically recommended at the beginning. The long-term goal is confident, independent training. Many clients later continue with one weekly session for refinement, progression, and quality control.

Strength training improves posture, muscle tone, joint stability, and metabolic
efficiency.
It is the foundation for long-term physical performance, body shaping, and resilience.

Functional improvements are often noticeable within two to three weeks. Visible changes in body composition usually require six to eight weeks, depending on consistency and lifestyle.
